Our mainstage shows run four weekends - generally Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday matinee. The exceptions: Weekend 1: Saturday matinee, no evening; weekend 2, no Friday evening. There is NO Sunday matinee the final weekend of a show. Special events run on their own schedule, and you'll need to check the specific show page for details.
For the convenience of our patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management and may have to wait for an appropriate time to be seated. Latecomers may be seated in a designated section and may be able to take their reserved seats at intermission.
Lobby Doors open 60 minutes before curtain time. Please plan to arrive in time to be seated. Unpaid ticket reservations are held until 15 minutes prior to curtain time, and may be released for sale by the management to waiting patrons. In a sold-out performance situation, the Barn reserves the right to re-sell subscriber tickets (seats) which are not filled or paid reservations that are unclaimed by the scheduled performance start. The subscriber/ticket holder has the option to take another seat (if available), make an exchange for another performance (subject to availability), or receive a full refund for the ticket value.
Unpaid ticket reservations are held until 15 minutes before the scheduled show time, after which we reserve the right to release them into general sales. Paid ticket reservations are subject to the limitations outlined above.
